Read on for information about the required equipment for RMSP's intensive programs.

Read this first:

Whether you're a photo gear enthusiast or you aren't even sure how many megabytes your memory card is, we will help you navigate your equipment with confidence when you're in school at RMSP. You'll want to arrive with some equipment on day one in order to be prepared.

However, photographic and computer equipment is ever-changing, evolving, and being updated. For this reason, we strongly recommend waiting until only a couple of months before Professional Intensive to purchase any gear on this list that you don’t already own.

Mirrorless or DSLR Camera Body
One Normal Lens
Equipment Manuals
Laptop Computer
Memory Card(s)
(3) Empty Portable Hard Drives
Memory Card Reader (or Laptop Slot)
Monitor Calibration Tool
Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan*
Tripod Head & Legs
Tethering Cable for Your Camera Model
Dedicated Flash Unit & Batteries
Wireless Flash Trigger/Transmitter
Grey Card or Color Checker Card
Wired Headphones
Wireless Mouse (recommended)

*Students will need to upgrade to the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps plan after the holiday break. In addition, we recommend students purchase a few additional business software subscriptions prior to graduation.
