Mark Cluney is a wedding and editorial photographer based in Des Moines, Iowa. He bought his first camera in 2009 and has photographed 15-25 weddings a year since 2010 as Cluney Photo. He is passionate about capturing the themes of emotion and memory through photography. His wedding work focuses on storytelling; emphasizing the authentic moments and feelings of the day. Consciously opposing many of the trends and fads in the wedding industry, he strives to take images that are timeless.

In his spare time, he loves to read, study classic fashion and portrait photography, and spend time with his wife (Angela), son (Eastwood) and daughter (Paloma).
