Workshop Cancellation Policy

Note: RMSP reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet minimum participant requirements, in which case participants will be informed as soon as possible and all money will be refunded. RMSP is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a course cancellation. We encourage participants to purchase refundable airline tickets and consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation Policy for Workshops in the United States (excluding Alaskan Adventure)

1. Cancellations received 60 days prior to the course start date: RMSP refunds full tuition, minus a $50 processing fee.
2. Cancellations received 30-60 days prior to the start of the course: RMSP refunds any tuition paid minus the tuition deposit and a $50 processing fee.
3. Cancellations received within 30 days prior to the start of the course: RMSP retains full tuition.
4. Cancellations after the workshop is in progress: RMSP retains full tuition.
5. No-shows: RMSP retains full tuition.

Cancellation Policy for Alaskan Adventure, Bella Italia, and Storybook Holland Workshops

1. Cancellations received at least 90 days prior to the course start date: RMSP refunds full tuition, minus a $100 processing fee.
2. Cancellations received 60-90 days prior to the start of the course: RMSP refunds any tuition paid minus the tuition deposit and a $100 processing fee.
3. Cancellations received within 60 days prior to the start of the course: RMSP retains full tuition.
4. Cancellations after the workshop is in progress: RMSP retains full tuition.
5. No-Shows: RMSP retains full tuition.
