Hotel and Meeting Space

This workshop will be held at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in San Antonio, Texas. Your class will meet in a meeting room at the hotel. We suggest that you stay at this location for the dates of May 8-11, departing May 12 or 13. This workshop begins on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. and ends Sunday at 5 p.m. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly. Be sure to indicate that you are a student of Rocky Mountain School of Photography.

Rates: Rooms have been blocked at the rate of $99 per night + tax. Room choices are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cutoff date: Be sure to make your reservations by April 8, 2013. After this date, reservations will be based on availability.

Cancellation Policy: Please check with the hotel regarding their cancellation policy. 

Air Transportation

RMSP is not responsible for cancellations due to medical or other emergencies or reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets/hotel rooms in the event of a course cancellation. Please consider the purchase of trip/travel insurance.
