Hotel and Meeting Space

This workshop begins on Saturday, May 25 at 7 p.m. at the Olympic Suites Inn in Forks, WA. The workshop ends Friday, May 31 at noon at the Red Lion Hotel Port Angeles in Port Angeles, Washington. During this workshop you will need to stay at two different hotels.

1. While in Forks we suggest that you stay at the Olympic Suites Inn or Forks Motel from May 25-27, departing May 28. Your class will meet on May 25 at 7 p.m. in a meeting room located at the Olympic Suites Inn.

   Rates: Call hotels for rates and availability. Be sure to make your reservations by March 25, 2013. After this date hotels are likely to be full.
   
   Cancellation Policy: Please check with the hotels regarding their cancellation policies.

2. Your second destination will be Port Angeles, WA.  We suggest that you stay at Red Lion Hotel Port Angeles from May 28-30, departing on March 31. While at this location your class will meetin a meeting room of the hotel.

   Rates: Suites have been blocked at the group rate of $125 per night + tax. Room choices are on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to indicate that you are a student of Rocky Mountain School of Photography.
   
   Cutoff date:  Be sure to make your reservations by May 7, 2013.  After this date reservations will be based on availability.
   
   Cancellation Policy: Please check with the hotel regarding their cancellation policy.

RMSP is not responsible for cancellations due to medical or other emergencies or reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets/hotel rooms in the event of a course cancellation. Please consider the purchase of trip/travel insurance.

Travel During the Workshop

You are responsible for your own transportation during the workshop. For transportation to and from field shoots, we suggest that you carpool to get to know fellow students. Your final email will include a car share list of interested participants.

Meals During the Workshop

You are responsible for your own meals during the workshop. The instructor will allow plenty of breaks in the schedule.

Fees

Any additional fees and/or supplies, including entrance to shooting locations, will be the responsibility of the participant.
