Parking

Free parking is available at the hotel. 

Accommodations

If you need overnight accommodations, a limited number of rooms are being held at a special group rate at the Ramada Palms Hotel & Conference Center. Reservations can be made by calling the number listed above and asking for a room in the Rocky Mountain School of Photography room block.

Rate:  $85 per night + tax.

Cutoff date:  Make your reservations by February 1, 2013. After this date any remaining rooms will be released from the room block and reservations will be based on availability.

Lunch

Participants are on their own for lunch. We will break for lunch from 1:15-2:30 p.m. on Saturday and from 1:00-2:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Restaurants
The hotel's on-site restaurant is open for dinner and will arrange to open for lunch during the Weekend event.  Restaurants within walking distance include Chilito's Mexican Food and Waterburger.
