RMSP 365 Day Project: Day 32

The RMSP 365 Day Project took the biggest hit when my computer crashed a week or so ago. While I scrambled to recover from my unfortunate event, I admit I neglected the project. So finally, we are back on track and we move on to Day 32. The good news is that my coworkers have still been photographing and sending me great images. Thanks for your patience.

Glad you’re back.

Good seeing.

I’m wondering: What caused the squares/stepping stones to be relatively free of snow first?

You don’t need me to tell you your image has a good feeling & is technically well done: your chosen DOF perfectly accentuates the trailing off of the path in the distance. Even though the curve leads us out of the picture, with no real there there, the footsteps bring us back for another look.

Thanks for sharing.

Hi Barry,

All the snow had melted the previous day so the walk way was clear prior to this snowfall. I photographed this just as it was warming up and the walkway, being concrete, started to melt first. Since there wasn’t much snow on them to begin with, it melted quite quickly. That’s the story.
