Growth as a photographer does not happen overnight. It takes a healthy dose of commitment, time and practice in order to achieve results. Knowing this, we recognize that each person who joins us for a workshop does so with their individual goals, and leaves taking with them their own personal accomplishments. We structure our workshops so you can enter at your current level, and we move through the process with you as you work with a single image from capture through output.

Whether you are inspired by capturing great images or by exploring the possibilities that exist afterward, every step in your photographic process is a creative one and each is equally important to your overall growth. Our Foundation, Location and Shoot and Critique workshops teach you the skills and techniques necessary to capture moments as you see them. Our Digital Process and Print Workshops allow you to take those moments and organize, edit, enhance and share them however you choose.

The design of our Workshop program ensures that you are never left wondering where to go next. Of course, having instructors that can wear the hat of educator, mentor and friend equally well helps make your journey natural and fun. Like you, each one brings with them their own unique perspective and creative outlook. So, whether you decide to join us for the experience of photographing a powwow alongside a National Geographic photographer, attending a rodeo in Montana, learning to edit your images in Adobe Photoshop or to find out what it feels like to create your own digital photo book, you may realize that you are actually quite happy that growth doesn’t happen overnight.
