Every year, photographers from all walks of life look to RMSP’s workshops to further their education, gain inspiration and pursue their passion. Many are looking to build a foundation, while others want to sharpen their existing skills or become proficient in the digital environment. We offer four distinct categories of workshops because we recognize that you, as an individual, progress at your own level and have your own personal goals.
To help you achieve those goals, our workshops are led by instructors who are at their best when in front of a classroom. They are great photographers—even better educators—and just plain fun people to be around. Our workshop locations are pre-scouted, and our workshops consistently have a low student-to-teacher ratio. This allows you to benefit from focused, one-on-one attention and to make sure all of your questions get answered in a way you can understand.
Whether you want to photograph the grandeur of a national park, create images of a new part of the country, or join us in our hometown of Missoula, Montana to learn the latest in digital technology, you can sleep easy knowing that RMSP workshops will give you the best photography education possible. Of course, you might lose a little sleep trying to decide exactly which workshops you want to take!
